I have been a customer of Mappin & Webb for nearly 40yrs, having purchased my first Rolex from a lovely lady, whose name I still remember. I would never hesitate to recommend family and friends to the Manchester branch, and most importantly to the fantastic staff, who work so hard to please. Highly Recommended.

My wife and I visited Mappin & Webb in Manchester to request help with one of their rings which had been donated to our fund raising shop. We were simply after some idea of its authenticity and worth. We were greeted with the utmost courtesy and Anthony was more than helpful in providing the information we sought . To say we were impressed is an understatement. Thank you!

As always absolutely faultless service. received a call on Tuesday from David who i have dealt with for a number of years previously in the York branch to say they had a 126621 coming into stock. I have been after this for a long time to add to my collection. I look forward to continuing to grow my collection with Mappin and Webb in the future. a GMT next fingers crossed :)
